How do we confirm a booking?+
A 50% advance confirms the booking. The remaining 50% is due on the event day.
Do you travel outside Sylhet?+
Yes. Travel, accommodation and food costs may be added for events outside Sylhet city.
How long does delivery take?+
The current estimate is 6–12 weeks, depending on the event and final deliverables.
Can a package be customized?+
Event duration and deliverables may be adjusted depending on availability and requirements.
Will our images be used publicly?+
Publication consent should be agreed during booking. Tell the team if you prefer your media to remain private.
